How to use:

1. place the mask over your eyes and secure to your head by adjusting the head strap for a comfortable fir. Wear it every night s you sleep.                                            2. for cold therapy, you can put mask in the refrigerator or plastic before use. Make sure to place mask in a sealed plastic bag or tightly sealed container to prevent it from absorbing odors and moisture. Refrigerate eye mask for 60 minutes, for intense cold, place in freezer for 10-15mins, Never freeze mask when content is already solid.
